Evaluation of potential synergies in procurement and logistics for a possible merger of 2 large companies in the refrigerated and frozen food sector. (Project developed in partnership with Integration Consultoria).

Technical and financial analysis have shown that there were no major opportunities for scale gains and cost rationalization due to: specific characteristics of the product portfolio, regulatory restrictions and the Supply Chain configuration of the companies involved.
