Strategic opening of a new market for a Mobile Delivery App through the understanding of the customer’s pain and facilitating a pilot project, to evaluate the digital tool as an alternative business solution. The project also allowed the evaluation of e-Commerce segment as a potential market to be explored by this start-up.
One of the biggest Market Places in Latin America was facing a major challenge to manage its "first Mile" process of collecting deliveries from sellers. We identified this demand as a great opportunity to expand the digital tool market for "first Mile" process in a fleet of 600 trucks, representing potential revenue of US$ 300 K/year.

> Productivity improvement: reduction of 10% in the distance travelled and 6% in the steering time by route, without affecting punctuality for the "seller"
> Benchmarking with other "first mile" operations indicated potential cost reduction above 20%, after the complete adoption of the solution
